Tara Sands was born in Hartford, Connecticut on [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1147026/ September 20, 1975] and raised in New Jersey, Sands studied theatre at Hofstra University, and has had a steady stream of voice acting work since high school. Much of her work is in anime dubbing, with multiple roles in such franchises as Slayers and Pokémon. She also voiced Tiara in Shamanic Princess, and Hikaru Shidou in the OVA 'remake' of Magic Knight Rayearth, among others.
   
Jayne was one of the Pokemon series' original voice actors. She is known for playing the voices of young boys and as well as various Pokemon. Not long after dubbing the voice of Princess Sara, she left the series. She was the co-host of Fridays on Cartoon Network until 2007.
