A Phantom EVO is a ghost-like EVO
History[]
A group of these EVOs formed a large nest at an industrial site and had to be ousted by Providence agents; however, when EVO blasters had no effect on them, Hunter Cain and his gang stepped in and attacked the EVOs with special guns, successfully vaporizing many of them. During Hunter's subsequent fight with Rex, it was revealed that these EVOs had been cloned by the Hunter.[1]
