Hong Kong is an island that resides in China. Rex's former gang are residents there.[1]
History[]
In Rex's younger years, he relocated to Hong Kong and lived there with his gang.[1]
Providence later got alarming news of an EVO group robbing a bank. Upon trying to hunt down the group, Rex found his old gang. However, he also found Quarry, a mafia war lord.[1]
Later, Rex returned to Hong Kong once again to find out Circe was a new member of his team.[2]
While Providence went through a drastic change to capture as many EVOs possible, Hong Kong was a hot spot. Providence patrolled high and low, capturing many EVOs by collaring them. They also retrieved technology from Japan that would make EVO control via collars much sinister.[3][4]
