The glowing fish EVO is a small aquatic creature that lives just outside the perimeters of Aquania. Apparently, they travel in groups.
History
Looking at the damages of the underwater ship, the small creatures floated steadily beside Agent Six and Rex to give them a little light. However, they were scared off by the whale EVOs and fled.[1]
