Dr. Fell was the former head scientist of Providence.[1]
History[]
One year ago, he, with the assistance of Dr. Holiday, dissected captured EVOs on a molecular level for study. He firmly believed that if they killed enough EVOs they would find a pattern they could use to cure all EVOs and eliminate the threat of the nanites for good. After his conspiracy with White Knight to reverse-engineer Rex's curing abilities was exposed, he was fired and replaced by Dr. Holiday.[1]
After the Worldwide Cure, Fell began destroying cities with a giant robot.[2]
