ALL POSTSCan Rex still use the omega 1 nanite to make omega 1 machines and make his own nanites after the end of the show?
or was it deactivated

At the end of Endgame, Part 2, it shows Rex using his machines, so sure why not.

correct my if am wrong but I thought the omega 1 was 1 of the five meta nanites and the meta nanites were deactivated so would that not include the omega 1 it a bit since i last saw the show all the way through so i could be wrong

Nope, the omega-1 nanite isn't a meta-nanite. It's just a special nanite that Dr. Rylander gave Rex. That's all.
